Only one vigor rune is counted, the highest. The rest would be a waste. Each armor piece can have a radiant or survivor.
Likewise a superior healing (for example) and minor healing only gives the +3 for the superior rune. |

Ah okay.
Any recommendations for health related runes then? |

Definitely get 1 superior vigor rune, otherwise it depends on your class/build/playstyle/etc.

Keep in mind that although Vigor runes do not stack, you can use multiple Runes of Vitae for a +10hp per piece of armor (except the one where you have your Vigor rune, of course) since they do stack. Runes of Attunement work the same way, but for energy. So if you're looking to get as much health as possible, you'd go for 5 Survivor insignia, 1 Rune of Superior Vigor and 4 Runes of Vitae. Some people take this path, other prefer getting insignia that boost armor instead, but all in all, it comes down to personal preference. Just try it and see what fits you best!
Keep in mind that you can remove insignia and runes from your armor, but you should use a Perfect Salvage Kit to do so otherwise your armor has a chance to break and you'll end up naked, and we don't want that now do we? (This doesn't apply to heroes as their armor cannot break) Applying an insignia or a rune to a piece of armor on which there's already one, the old one will disappear, so you might want to do some salvage before applying new runes as some of them are worth quite a bit! Maybe you knew all that, but in the event that you didn't, then now you do know and maybe it'll save you some trouble! |

Not only hammer, there's plenty of skills that cause KD. On the warriors I usually put a Stonefist on the hands and forget about it, it's bound to prove useful sooner or later.

I just rebuilt my hammer from the ground up with a perfect salvage kit, I love those things.
Thanks for the information, I'll definitely put it to good use! |

If you just wanted health then Vitae and Survivor but its best to check out runes and insignia on the wiki to get a feel for all the combinations.
